Dream Loop Klettersteig (The Rock Climb Dream Loop)
The Middle Rhine Rock Climb is situated on the largest and scenic most beautiful bend on the Rhine. It follows a route on the uniques steep slopes of the Rhine and offers sensational views of the Rhine valley and the Hunsrück. There are11 climbing passages on sheer rock walls which the hiker must overcome, if he or she chooses to do the more sportive version of the walk. However, if you take the rambler’s version, you can leave out the climbing passages by using alternative paths.
The Rock Climb is, with its many restaurants at the starting point and two restaurants with beautiful views on route, a really pleasurable walk.
This walk has been awarded 87 points for great experience and adventure by the „Deutsche Wanderinstitut“ (German Rambling Institute)
