Rafting

Would you like to experience the Rhine in a more exciting way and are interested in a guided rafting tour? Then you've come to the right place at Middle Rhine Rafting! Whether it's a special outing with the whole family or good friends, an unusual bachelor party, a company, club, or school outing, or as part of the program of our new "Rafting Events." The raft ride on the Rhine is easy and gentle "whitewater rafting," but also includes occasional, more challenging rapids, which can be navigated or avoided depending on the group. Thus, the guided rafting tours are truly suitable for all age groups and interest groups and guarantee an exciting new experience that you won't soon forget.

Rhine Loop Rafting Tour

The guided "Rhine Loop" rafting tour from St. Goarshausen to Kamp Bornhofen is a truly unique tour, and the destination lies in the only 180-degree loop of the Rhine. Here, the Rhine initially flows west near Boppard and, after the Rhine loop, even returns a short distance southeast. The tour starts in St. Goarshausen near the train station, directly on the banks of the Rhine. From here, we first pass St. Goar with its impressive Rheinfels Castle towards Kestert. Here, we leave Maus Castle behind us on the left, and near Kestert, we take a break on a beautiful Rhine island to enjoy a cool drink and the pristine nature. Recharged, we continue towards Boppard, and the guided "Rhine Loop" rafting tour ends in Kamp Bornhofen. The ferry to Boppard is approximately 1.5 km from the exit point.
